You will act as the center of control, and people rely on your support and skill to keep things running smoothly as you take care of budgets, expenses, ordering supplies, answering calls and emails.
How you will contribute
You will:
Provide administrative support executing activities and build an effective relationship with those you support
Perform duties as needed related to budget, expenses and purchasing processes
Answer calls and emails, responding to queries and requests appropriately
Manage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policy
Complete and update reports and maintain systems and data
Undertake additional projects and tasks as requested
Coordinate all logistics for travel, events, meetings, training, etc. where required
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
Having a valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID. This role will service a military base facility where it is a federal requirement to have a valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID to access.
Administration and support roles
Highly developed customer service orientation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail combined with proactive attitude, very good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent teamwork and able to anticipate needs and respond accordingly
Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $46,500 - $58,150; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.No Relocation support available
