This Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new business growth for Broadridge’s Wealth Management Solutions, with a focus on Advisor Compensation, Advisor Onboarding, and Wealth Technology platforms. This individual will leverage deep industry expertise and an established network across wealth management firms to develop strategic relationships, identify new opportunities, and position Broadridge’s solutions to executive stakeholders.
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience selling technology solutions into wealth management organizations and understands the operational challenges facing financial advisors, home offices, and wealth enterprises. This is a highly visible role requiring consultative selling, executive engagement, and collaboration across sales, product, and implementation teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive new business for Broadridge’s Wealth Management Solutions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline across broker-dealers, wealth managers, RIAs, private banks, and other wealth management firms.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue enterprise opportunities related to advisor compensation, advisor onboarding, and wealth technology modernization.
- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles from prospecting to describing solution value propositions and demoing through contract negotiation and close.
- Position Broadridge’s technology solutions by aligning business outcomes with client strategic priorities.
- Partner closely with Enterprise Sales, Account Management, Product, Presales, and Implementation teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Support commercial proposals, RFP responses, executive presentations, and business case development.
- Represent Broadridge at industry conferences, client meetings, and thought leadership events.
- Develop trusted relationships with senior executives and key decision makers across the wealth management industry.
Qualifications
- 6-10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience within the wealth management industry.
- Demonstrated success selling complex SaaS, workflow, or operational technology solutions to broker-dealers, wealth managers, RIAs, private banks, or financial institutions.
- Strong understanding of wealth management operations, including advisor onboarding, advisor compensation, recruiting, and practice management workflows.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and negotiate enterprise agreements.
- Established network of executive relationships across the wealth management market is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel as required to support clients, prospects, and industry events.
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling advisor technology, wealth operations, CRM, compensation, onboarding, or practice management platforms.
- Knowledge of digital transformation initiatives within broker-dealers and wealth management firms.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Implementation, Presales, and Client Success.
- Familiarity with enterprise software sales methodologies and long-cycle consultative selling.
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $135,000.00- $145,000.00.
