Head of Client Management - Mid Market is a challenging and exciting leadership role. Reporting to the VP/GM, the incumbent will be responsible for leading a team and driving the profitable retention and expansion of the American Express Global Business Travel (AEGBT) Client portfolio in Mid Market. This role is responsible for the development and execution of sound local market client management strategies aligned with regional and global objectives. Key responsibilities for the position include:

Build and execute portfolio and client program level strategies and plans to drive client retention, expansion and profitability, consistent with defined Goals Drive NPS as a key performance metric across the entire client portfolio Identify opportunities across clients, develop strategies and partner with key stakeholders to drive premium revenue, and other profitability improvement initiatives Enable the roll-out / implementation of new products and platforms across the Client base, consistent with regional/global plans, and aligned with customer needs Assess, recommend and support implementation of opportunities to deliver incremental value to clients Build and manage key relationships across the Client base, suppliers, business partners, and vendors Lead and develop a high performing Team that is well equipped and motivated to consistently deliver on goals Ensure robust performance oversight and governance of the Client Management team, adoption of SFDC, and provide situational guidance and support, as required Work collaboratively with key internal teams and stakeholders within and outside the market to drive targeted outcomes and results Proactively monitor business financials and metrics to identify and action any gaps or opportunities, including managing cost objectives Monitor and track emerging market trends, industry developments, key competitor activities towards enriching Client management strategies Ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures Support VP/GM – GBT in driving key market level initiatives

Qualifications/Skill Set Required :

•15+ yrs of relevant proven experience, with post-graduate academic credentials

•High energy levels, executive presence and results orientation

•Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a national team to drive superior results

•Superior planning, creative problem solving and execution abilities

•Strong financial acumen with profitability mindset, with a demonstrated ability to deploy quantitative data and analysis to develop strategies and plans

•Excellent communication, relationship management and influencing skills

•Superior ability to establish and maintain credibility with external customers and AEGBT Management

•Excellent team player, with the ability to drive results across both functional and cross-functional units
