THE JOB:

Are you a visionary marketing leader ready to make your mark? As the Director of Asian Marketing, you’ll drive innovative strategies and leverage your expertise to enhance customer experiences and strengthen our casino community! Join us at MGM Resorts International and play a crucial role in shaping how we connect with our guests while upholding our commitment to excellence in every interaction.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Evaluate customer activity to provide appropriate incentives and approve limited allowances (rooms, food, beverages, event tickets).

• Support customer base growth and development efforts.

• Manage customer reservations using OPERA & PATRON systems.

• Make decisions on customer allowances and comps.

• Help manage customers to ensure profitability.

• Collaborate with Casino Marketing, Marketing Executives, and staff to support casino customers.

• Attend special events to promote marketing and interact with customers.

• Protect customer privacy by following company policies on confidential information.

• Resolve customer complaints and disputes in a way that satisfies both the customer and the company.

• Follow local laws, Title 31, and attend required compliance and training sessions.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

• 3+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience
