We are looking for Digital Transformation & Automation Specialist to design, build, and maintain automation solutions and conversational bots that improve operational efficiency and deliver a more digital experience across our logistics operations. This role combines hands-on automation development with AI-powered tools to streamline workflows, reduce manual work, and support both internal teams and external-facing digital assistance channels.

Responsibilities

•     Build and maintain chatbots/conversational assistants to support internal and customer-facing digital assistance

•     Leverage Claude (Anthropic) and other AI tools to build intelligent workflows, automate document processing, and enhance bot capabilities

•     Configure, integrate, and support automations within Workday (e.g., custom reports, business process automation, integrations)

•     Integrate automations with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, TMS, SAP, HubSpot, etc.) via APIs and databases

•     Build and maintain dashboards to monitor automation performance and KPIs

•     Collaborate with business, IT, and operations teams to prioritize automation opportunities

•     Document automations following best practices; provide ongoing monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization

Drive adoption of AI and automation tools across departments

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field

Experience: 2–5 years in process automation, RPA development, or a related digital/technical role

Technical Skills (Required):

•     Hands-on experience with at least one RPA platform (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate)

•     Experience building or configuring chatbots/conversational tools (Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, Rasa, or similar)

•     Working knowledge of Claude (Anthropic) or similar LLM/AI platforms for building automated workflows, document processing, or bot logic

•     Hands-on experience with Workday, including report building, business process configuration, and/or integrations

•     API integration experience (REST/SOAP), SQL, and basic scripting (Python preferred)

•     Familiarity with OCR/Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) tools
