The Opportunity
We are looking for a Digital Product Manager to join our Digital Products team and build digital products and capabilities that solve meaningful business problems. This role is designed for a professional with prior technology experience who can connect business needs with technology solutions and translate strategy into products that deliver measurable outcomes.
You will work at the intersection of business, technology, data, users, and AI. You will understand user and business needs, shape product strategy, prioritize opportunities, work closely with engineering and technology teams, and drive products from discovery through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Position Responsibilities
Own Product Vision, Strategy & Roadmap
Define product vision, objectives, roadmap, priorities, and success measures aligned to business outcomes.
Understand user needs, business processes, pain points, and opportunities and translate them into clear product requirements and user stories.
Own backlog prioritization, balancing business value, user experience, technical feasibility, risk, dependencies, and engineering capacity.
Use data, user feedback, experimentation, and business signals to make informed product decisions.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes and create scalable digital capabilities
Build 0-1 Products which are AI Native first.
Drive Product Delivery
Lead cross-functional product initiatives from discovery through development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Partner closely with engineering, data, architecture, design, security, and technology teams to translate product intent into scalable solutions.
Understand technical constraints, architecture choices, APIs, data dependencies, and delivery trade-offs sufficiently to make effective product decisions.
Create clarity on requirements, priorities, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
Track delivery progress, proactively address risks and blockers, and ensure commitments remain aligned to product priorities.
Influence Stakeholders & Drive Change
Build alignment among stakeholders with different priorities, perspectives, and levels of technical understanding.
Influence without relying solely on formal authority and create commitment around priorities, decisions, and trade-offs.
Drive change management through stakeholder engagement, communication, training, adoption, and feedback loops.
Anticipate resistance and create practical approaches to move users and stakeholders toward adoption.
Act as a trusted partner and 'go-to' person for the products and initiatives you own.
Build Data- and AI-Enabled Products
Identify opportunities where data, analytics, AI, GenAI, automation, or digital technologies can improve business outcomes.
Work with data and technology teams to ensure products are built on trusted, accessible, and appropriately governed information.
Explore AI-enabled experiences and workflows that help people access information, make better decisions, and reduce repetitive work.
Ensure AI and automation capabilities are introduced with appropriate human oversight, controls, and accountability.
Drive Adoption & Value Realization
Define product KPIs, adoption metrics, user experience measures, and value metrics.
Use product usage and business performance signals to identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop stakeholder engagement and adoption plans for new capabilities.
Create feedback mechanisms that continuously bring user and business insights back into product development.
Ensure products deliver measurable value beyond initial launch.
Partner with Technology & External Teams
Collaborate with engineering, architecture, data, design, cybersecurity, IT, and vendor teams.
Manage technology and business dependencies required to deliver product outcomes.
Partner with vendors and external technology providers where required, ensuring clarity of outcomes, delivery expectations, and accountability.
Contribute to solution design, testing, release planning, reliability, security, data quality, and long-term sustainability.
The Ideal Candidate
Has an MBA or prior hands-on experience in technology, software, data, IT, digital engineering, or a related technical environment building AI native products.
Has less than 3 years of post-MBA experience / Relevant experience and is looking to build a career at the intersection of business, technology, and product management.
Can combine business thinking with enough technical depth to engage credibly with engineers and technology teams.
Is comfortable translating ambiguous business problems into structured product opportunities and clear requirements.
Has strong influencing and stakeholder-management skills and can create alignment without formal authority.
Demonstrates the ability to drive adoption and change across diverse stakeholder groups.
Is analytically strong and comfortable using data, KPIs, user feedback, and business signals to make decisions.
Can communicate clearly with senior leaders, business users, engineers, data teams, designers, vendors, and other partners.
Has strong ownership, bias for action, learning agility, and resilience in a fast-moving environment.
Is curious about emerging technologies, including AI, GenAI, automation, analytics, cloud, and modern digital platforms.
Job Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent postgraduate management qualification from a recognized institution.
Less than 3 years of professional experience post-MBA.
Prior professional experience in technology, software engineering, data, IT, digital, systems, or another technology-focused role.
Strong understanding of technology-enabled business solutions and the software development lifecycle.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, influencing, structured problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively across business and technology teams and translate between the two.
