What would you do? • Supports content inventories, audits, metadata review, classification, readiness tracking, and issue identification for content and commerce production. • Content inventory; metadata updates; audit results; gap tracker; classification records; readiness status; exception log. • Content, Digital Content, Metadata, Content Coordinator, Marketing Operations • Excel; SharePoint; DAM or PIM familiarity; workflow tools; PowerPoint; Power BI beneficial. • DAM or PIM; Power BI; commerce familiarity; rights metadata; bilingual capability where relevant.
What are we looking for? • Relevant years in content management, digital assets, product content, marketing operations, or data quality. • Excel; detail orientation; structured data handling; documentation; ability to follow taxonomy and quality rules; communication.
Roles and Responsibilities: • "• Inventory and classify assets or content records using defined standards • Review required fields, metadata, naming, versions, and source completeness • Identify missing, outdated, duplicate, or inconsistent content and log issues • Maintain trackers and produce routine status or exception reports • Support asset-to-deliverable mapping and reuse identification • Coordinate clarification with Librarians, Commerce, PM, or creative teams • Follow documented quality checks and escalate exceptions"
