The platform is focused on delivering secure, scalable, and differentiated digital capabilities across web and mobile, enabling clients to manage, move, and grow their wealth with greater confidence and ease.

Our Digital Platforms team is seeking an accomplished, strategic Executive Director to help shape the vision, define multi-year product strategy, and drive execution of high-impact digital banking initiatives across Morgan Stanley and E*TRADE client-facing platforms. You will lead complex initiatives from concept through delivery, balancing innovation, risk management, regulatory expectations, operational readiness, and measurable client and business outcomes.  This role requires a leader who can operate at both strategic and executional levels, influence across a matrixed organization, and bring clarity to complex business and technology challenges. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in digital product leadership, banking or wealth management, client experience, and technology delivery, with a proven ability to drive transformation at scale.
