AIM OF THE JOB

This role is responsible for supporting data-led asset performance management across the commercial asset portfolio. The role consolidates financial, operational and customer data; develops recurring and ad-hoc management reports, dashboards and actionable insights; and applies analytics, automation and AI-enabled solutions to improve reporting quality, decision-making and operational efficiency.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Asset Performance Analytics & Management Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc asset performance reports, presentations and Q&A materials for management.

• Consolidate and analyze financial, operational, leasing, customer and other relevant asset data to identify trends, performance gaps, risks and improvement opportunities.

• Develop and maintain KPI frameworks, dashboards and standardized reporting packs to support consistent performance monitoring across assets.

• Translate complex data into clear insights, recommendations and management-ready narratives for decision-making.

• Prepare materials and analytical updates for weekly Asset Management meetings and track agreed follow-up actions.

• Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests from the line manager and management with accurate and timely data.

2. Data Analytics, Automation & AI Enablement

• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports, data preparation, validation and visualization processes.

• Apply AI and advanced analytics tools to enhance data analysis, generate insights, improve forecasting and increase productivity in day-to-day work.

• Develop practical AI use cases, prototypes and workflows in partnership with business users and relevant technology teams, and support adoption through guidance and training.

• Establish data quality checks, documentation and controls to promote accuracy, traceability, data privacy and responsible use of AI-generated outputs.

• Continuously evaluate new analytics and AI capabilities and recommend fit-for-purpose applications for asset operations.

3. Customer Experience Analytics

• Design and conduct quantitative and qualitative customer surveys across commercial assets.

• Analyze customer and Rewards+ member behavior to produce intelligence reports, segmentation insights and recommended actions.

• Measure customer experience indicators and assess the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.

• Develop and deliver asset-specific customer service training for front-line operations and property management teams, based on identified service gaps and customer insights.

4. Divestment & Investor Support

• Support the line manager and management in preparing accurate data, analysis and information for investors and due diligence activities.

• Coordinate meetings and site visits for investors, including preparation of supporting materials and follow-up information.

• Assist in preparing feasibility studies, board papers and analytical materials for divestment exercises.

5. Governance, Compliance & Other Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and update relevant Standard Operating Procedures and Business Continuity Plans on a regular basis.

• Ensure reports, analytical models and AI-enabled work products comply with applicable internal policies, data governance requirements and approval processes.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as reasonably assigned by the Head of Department or Management from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems or a related discipline.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in asset performance, business analysis, management reporting, data analytics, real estate operations or a related field; experience managing or supporting projects or workstreams is preferred.

• Strong experience in developing management reports, dashboards, KPI frameworks and executive presentations.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; hands-on experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools.

• Experience handling multi-source datasets, data validation and analytical modelling; exposure to commercial real estate or asset operations is preferred.

• Good command of written and spoken English.
