About the role:

Location: Truganina, Melbourne

Full-time | Monday to Friday | 6:30am - 3:00pm

We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery & Installation Assistant to support our Delivery & Installation Lead in delivering and installing premium Fisher & Paykel appliances across the region.

What you'll do

• Assist with the delivery, installation and connection of Fisher & Paykel appliances.

• Safely load, unload and handle products.

• Provide professional and friendly service to customers.

• Assist with the removal of old appliances where required.

• Complete delivery documentation and follow company procedures.

• Help with warehouse and trade delivery activities as needed.

• Maintain a strong focus on safety and teamwork.

What you'll bring

• Previous experience in delivery, logistics, removals, warehousing or a similar role is advantageous.

• Full driver's licence.

• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.

• Good physical fitness and ability to undertake manual handling tasks.

• Reliable, safety-conscious and team-oriented approach.

• Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.

• Additional trade or technical skills are a bonus.
