l Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for Customer Service, Order Management, and related systems, including test scenario preparation, execution, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
支持客户服务、订单管理及相关系统的用户验收测试（UAT），包括测试场景准备、执行、缺陷跟踪及问题解决。
l Coordinate business users and stakeholders during system testing phases to ensure business requirements are fully validated.

l Participate in new system implementation, supporting business process design, requirement gathering, and solution validation.
