As a Databricks Technical Manager, you will lead the charge in delivering managed services that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Managed Services practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing processes and tools to provide exceptional service. Your role will involve continuous improvement and strategic management of delivery risk and performance.

As a Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to mentor and develop your team, confirming they deliver quality outcomes. You will be accountable for strategic planning and execution, managing client accounts, and fostering meaningful client relationships. Your role will involve embracing technology and innovation to enhance service delivery and inspire your team to achieve excellence.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be at the forefront of managed service management and strategy, driving programs and commercial success. Your work will involve collaborating with teams to optimize managed services processes, tools, and services, contributing to the overall success of our clients and the firm.

Responsibilities

- Leading managed services workstreams to optimize client operations and reduce costs
- Managing delivery teams and programs to enhance service performance and mitigate delivery risks
- Implementing continuous improvement strategies for managed services processes and tools
- Utilizing project management skills to plan and execute service transitions and operations
- Designing automation frameworks to streamline business processes and improve efficiency
- Overseeing budgetary management to validate cost-effective service delivery
- Engaging stakeholders to build relationships and address operational challenges
- Coaching teams to foster development and drive service excellence
- Conducting process performance analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
- Developing strategies for operational risk management and service level management
- Facilitating business transformation initiatives through digital and process optimization
- Promoting innovation and embracing change to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
