As a Data Engineer – Experienced Associate, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your technical skills and creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. Responsibilities 

• Develop and maintain data pipelines, data products, and analytics solutions using Python, SQL, Spark, and modern data engineering tools. 

• Support data engineering initiatives on modern cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Sigma, or similar technologies. 

• Build and enhance cloud-based data solutions using Azure services and related technologies. 

• Apply data modeling concepts and data lake, lakehouse, and data warehouse principles to support business and analytics requirements. 

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and develop effective technical solutions. 

• Participate in testing, debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting activities to improve solution quality and reliability. 

• Support CI/CD, version control, and development best practices to enable efficient solution delivery. 

• Contribute to AI-enabled initiatives by supporting Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and other emerging AI capabilities. 

• Continuously learn and adopt new technologies, tools, and engineering practices to improve technical skills and delivery outcomes. 

What You Must Have 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in data engineering or related technology roles.

• Awareness of Generative AI, RAG, LLMs, semantic search, or related AI technologies. 

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn new technologies. 

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and contribute to delivering high-quality solutions.
