Summary:
As a Data Architect, a typical day involves defining the data requirements and designing the structure necessary to support the application s functionality. This role includes modeling the data architecture to ensure efficient storage and seamless integration across various components. The position requires continuous collaboration with different teams to align data strategies with project goals, ensuring that the data framework supports both current and future application needs. The Data Architect plays a crucial role in shaping how data flows and is managed within the system, contributing to the overall success of the application development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architectures that meet business requirements.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on data strategies.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques and best practices for data storage and retrieval.
- Experience in designing data integration solutions that support complex application ecosystems.
- Ability to optimize data workflows and pipelines for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and distributed computing environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
