As a Data Architect, a typical day involves defining the data requirements essential for the application s success. This role includes designing and modeling the structure of data to ensure efficient storage and seamless integration across various systems. The position requires a thoughtful approach to organizing data frameworks that support application functionality and scalability, while collaborating with different stakeholders to align data strategies with project goals. The Data Architect plays a key role in shaping how data flows and is maintained within the application environment, ensuring robustness and adaptability in the data design.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of data architecture standards and best practices.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure data requirements are met effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and development within the data architecture domain.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Architecture Principles.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques and database design.
- Experience with data integration strategies and tools.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable data storage solutions.
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality management concepts.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align data architecture with business objectives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Data Architecture Principles.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
