ROLE SUMMARY:

Ø  Core Responsibilities: digital excellence for LC brands

Lead digital innovation projects to support LC products from planning and execution to management—ensuring timely, high-quality delivery and launch excellence.

Ø  Extended Scope: AI topic champion for whole BU

Serve as an AI champion across franchises, supporting must-win ORBU brands in running lean, forward-looking AI pilots. Drive high-impact AI initiatives that enhance team and organizational effectiveness, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution from idea to impact.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Focus on LC & BU-level AI initiatives, align with company digital strategy to ensure Go-to-market transformation/ digitalization and implement within BU.

·       Focus on impact-driven, meaningful changes of Ways-of-working for field (embedding AI use cases).

·       Support on BU strategy to go-to market model transforming through digitalization with necessary materials and measurement.

·       Understand and apply the principles, practices, and ethics involved in developing effective digital programs cross functions in BU.

·       Identify opportunities for synergies across business teams to gain maximum value from collective digital investment across TA. Gain alignment and buy in from business teams to execute on identified synergies.

·       Help to build up digital capability platform to enable field to increase effectiveness.

·       Implement plans with cross functional team. Partner with functions within and outside of BU and leverage company resources to ensure that in-market digital services and programs are effectively executed, consistent with standards and compliance requirements.

·       Apply marketplace and competitive profiles, product profiles, market research, and detailed analyses to develop and enhance innovative multichannel marketing programs and strategies for assigned portfolio in Oncology BU Eco-System

·       Develop digital operation plan and key initiated projects to support brand digital strategy 

·       Digital database collection, analysis and management

·       Digital internal training and knowledge sharing

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

·       3 years+ Pharma or related industry Digital Marketing Management experience is preferred

·       Sense of urgency, excellence of execution, savviness of AI

·       Internet business industry experience is preferred  

·       Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese (Mandarin) languages

·       Ability to manage multiple projects and timeframes in a complex organizational structure and multitask in

·       Strong interpersonal, influence and communications skills

·       Experience working with agencies/vendors

·       A working understanding of marketing and campaign management solutions offerings

·       Facilitation and skills in conveying best practice and learning

·       Demonstrates business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit

·       Acts decisively in complex and fast-moving environment

·       Objective-oriented and result-driven mindset
