The Opportunity 
This position works out of our Almaty, Kazakhstan location in the EPD division.

As the Customer service specialist, you’ll responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of customer service processes related to KZ& KG distributors.

What You’ll Do 

•    Process distributors orders.
•    Conduct negotiation with distributors on orders placement, payments and reports.
•    Activities may include analysis, planning and forecasting in the areas of production, stocks monitoring at distributors and distribution. 
•    Preparations of calculations related to compensations to distributors
•    Preparations of corresponding pre-approvals for further upload to UDA 
•    Identify and explore potential business opportunities.

Required Qualifications
•    University degree 
•    At least 1 year experience as customer service specialist
•    Good communication and analytic skills
•    Efficient Computer Skills (advanced excel knowledge).
