What you will do in this role  

As a Customer Service Representative in our team, you will:  

- Handle calls through CRM agent portal 

- Create quotations and orders via SAP system 

- Expedite and communicate expected delivery times to customers 

- Offer basic product advice to individual customer needs (at least catalogue knowledge) 

- Provide first level technical assistance to help customers identify their requirements for products and services

• Are bilingual or proficient in French with an advanced level of English
• A minimum of a high school diploma is required (additional qualifications are considered an asset).
• A strong interest in the technical field, along with a commitment to remain in the project for at least two years, is highly valued.
• You are customer-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a solid commercial mindset.
• A business-oriented approach will support more effective engagement with clients and stakeholders.
• Education in business or commercial fields, as well as prior experience in a contact centre environment, will support your development in this role, although these are not mandatory requirements.

- Salary: 19.623 euros gross/year + up to 4.000 euros Gross/year bonus
