About the role 

As our Customer Planning Manager, you'll help shape sustainable, profitable growth across Amazon Mexico and Brazil by turning demand signals into action. You'll forecast demand, manage inventory, and optimize operations to support customer satisfaction while balancing commercial ambition with supply chain execution. Working closely with account managers and cross-functional partners, you'll spot risks early, influence decisions with data, and help strengthen the LEGO® business across two growing markets. 

Required Qualifications 

• Delivered demand forecasting for retail or e-commerce businesses using statistical forecasting methods. 

• Built advanced analytics processes that improved forecast accuracy, inventory performance, or sales outcomes. 

• Managed inventory planning within e-commerce supply chains, including marketplace or fulfillment environments. 

• Created demand planning models, replenishment workflows, or sales and operations planning processes at scale. 

• Improved key planning metrics such as forecast accuracy, in-stock performance, or days of inventory on hand. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Developed automated dashboards that provide real-time operational visibility. 

• Worked with the Brazilian market within planning, supply chain, or commercial functions. 

• Used local ERP, demand planning, or forecasting systems. 

• Applied event modelling or SKU-level forecasting techniques across large product portfolios. 
• Demonstrated fluency in Portuguese in a business environment.

• Stronger demand plans that support Amazon growth in Mexico and Brazil. 

• More efficient operations that improve service levels while reducing unnecessary costs. 

• Forecast accuracy and inventory health that support ambitious business targets. 

• Customer plans aligned with vendors and account teams to maximise sales during key events. 

• A stable inventory position with in-stock levels above 95% and lower excess inventory.

Life on the team 

You'll join LATAM Market Operations, the team connecting commercial ambition with execution. We work with a high level of ownership and a collaborative mindset. Weekly demand planning reviews and monthly planning alignment sessions keep us connected, while our hybrid rhythm gives flexibility. You'll use analytical problem solving, adaptability, strong communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills every day. 

What success looks like 

Success means creating dependable plans that help the business grow while keeping inventory healthy and customers supplied. You'll partner closely with Amazon account managers, senior planning leaders, order management teams, and digital merchandising colleagues. You'll also contribute to a major global effort to improve forecast accuracy, stability, and planning quality while helping e-commerce play an even bigger role in the LATAM strategy for the years ahead.
