About the Role
As Customer Marketing Activation Manager within Essity’s Professional Hygiene business, you will develop and deliver customer marketing initiatives for strategic customers and distributors across Iberia and Italy.
You will work at the intersection of marketing, sales, customer engagement, and digital transformation. You will translate regional strategies into relevant local actions, support product and service launches, and help strengthen the Tork brand through effective online and offline activation.

What You Will Do
- Customer Marketing Plans: Develop and execute omnichannel plans for strategic customers and distributors, including promotional campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, and online and offline activations.
- Brand and Innovation Activation: Build Tork brand equity and customer preference through activation programs, trade shows, exhibitions, loyalty initiatives, customer training, and other engagement activities.
- Sales and Customer Partnership: Act as a trusted marketing partner to Sales teams and distributors, identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement, commercial performance, and marketing ROI.
- Digital Customer Experience: Drive the local implementation, adoption, and optimization of digital customer marketing tools, platforms, and capabilities across Iberia and Italy.
- Regional and Local Alignment: Translate regional programs into actionable local initiatives while communicating market needs, customer insights, and improvement opportunities to regional stakeholders.
- Performance and Budget Management: Manage customer marketing budgets, agencies, action plans, and campaign performance, using data and KPIs to recommend improvements.
- Omnichannel Excellence: Enhance digital customer engagement and digital shelf execution while sharing successful practices across markets.
Who You Are
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B and/or B2C Marketing, Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, or Customer Marketing, including both offline and digital activation.
- Experience working with customers, distributors, or sales teams within a matrix organization.
- Proven experience executing customer or brand activation plans and measuring business impact.
- Strong interest in digital marketing tools, omnichannel customer engagement, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Growth mindset, proactive attitude, and strong execution capabilities.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (Italian is a plus).
- Willingness to travel within Iberia, Italy, and occasionally across Europe. (20% travel).
