As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to align development efforts with strategic priorities, while maintaining a focus on delivering scalable and high-performing software products. The lead also dedicates time to reviewing progress, addressing challenges, and fostering an environment that supports innovation and quality throughout the development process.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable custom software solutions.
- Ability to conduct thorough code reviews and enforce coding standards.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and troubleshooting complex technical issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
