Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that development practices meet high standards of quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central, as the role involves coordinating efforts across multiple teams to achieve seamless integration and successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA, SAP UI5 Development.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance custom software architectures.
- Experience in code review processes and implementing best practices for software development.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to ensure seamless interoperability between systems.
- Skilled in leading cross-functional teams and managing collaborative development efforts.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA, SAP UI5 Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
