As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet organizational goals. The position demands continuous alignment of project outcomes with business needs, fostering collaboration among team members, and maintaining a focus on delivering scalable and high-performing software solutions. The lead actively shapes the technical environment, balancing innovation with practical execution to drive successful project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP MM modules to meet specific business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP MM and other SAP modules such as Finance and Production Planning.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to materials management workflows and system performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
- This position is based at Onsite - United Arab Emirates
- A 15 years full time education is required.
