- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to optimize project delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Strong expertise in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet complex business requirements.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges related to CRM implementations and integrations.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices in code quality assurance.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
