Summary:
As a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The lead ensures that development practices meet organizational goals, focusing on creating scalable and high-performing solutions. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business needs is a key aspect, alongside maintaining standards that promote code quality and efficient workflows.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow - Portal.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in leading software development teams and managing project delivery.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable custom software solutions.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality assurance techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and capability to provide technical guidance across teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
