As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding multiple teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals, while ensuring that development practices meet high standards of quality, scalability, and performance. The lead also dedicates time to reviewing progress, resolving complex challenges, and fostering an environment that encourages innovation and efficiency across teams.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support junior professionals to build technical expertise and leadership capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures within the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience in integrating ITOM solutions with other enterprise systems and tools to optimize operational workflows.
- Ability to lead code reviews and enforce best practices to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing effective resolutions in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
