Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to meet project requirements. This role requires acting as the main liaison for communication and coordination, ensuring that the application development aligns with client expectations and project goals. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to oversee progress, address challenges, and drive the successful delivery of solutions within the project timeline. The role also includes monitoring the integration of components and maintaining a clear focus on quality and performance throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure alignment with overall objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to promote understanding and collaboration.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of cost controlling and profitability analysis within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP CO modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze financial data and translate it into actionable insights for process improvements.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP CO and other SAP modules such as Finance and Controlling.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP CO functionalities and workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- This position is based at the client onsite location within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
