Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of custom applications tailored to meet project requirements. This role serves as the main liaison for coordinating efforts across various teams, ensuring that the application solutions align with business needs. The position requires overseeing the progress of development activities, troubleshooting challenges, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to maintain project momentum and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of development tasks to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align software development with organizational goals and client expectations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming concepts and experience in developing custom reports, interfaces, forms, and enhancements.
- Experience with performance optimization techniques specific to SAP HANA environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting SAP ABAP code to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Understanding of integration methods between SAP modules and external systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
