• In S&C GN - Agentic Commerce you will understand the importance of sound analytical decision-making, how each task contributes to the overall project objectives, execute projects that contribute directly to business performance improvement and utilize Generative AI to unlock new possibilities. 

What would you do in this role: 

As an AI Manager, you will lead the design, implementation, and adoption of Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions, within agentic commerce ecosystems, combining deep technical expertise with consulting leadership to deliver business transformation. 

• Define and drive enterprise-level data, context, and orchestration strategies for building scalable Agentic AI systems 

• Oversee advanced data integration, governance, and quality initiatives, ensuring reliability of inputs for autonomous workflows, embedding principles of modularity, observability, auditability, resilience, and explainability within enterprise commerce architectures 

• Establish unified commerce data foundations by overseeing advanced data integration, governance, semantic modeling, and quality frameworks across customer, product, transaction, behavioral, and operational datasets. Analyze current-state product data flows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities, and guide product data attribute definition, field mapping, and taxonomy documentation. 

• Architect and lead the development of multi-agent solutions, that coordinate predictive models, optimization engines, and LLM-driven reasoning to support complex commercial workflows and dynamic decision processes. 

• Integrate agentic systems into real-world operating environments, enabling real-time inference, decision APIs, and event-driven architectures that support digital platforms, campaign engines, personalization systems, and commerce operations. 

• Establish Governance Models across trust, accuracy, automation, and decision-making, ensuring alignment with client goals. 

• Engage with executives and cross-functional stakeholders, positioning Agentic Commerce as a strategic enabler of innovation and operating model transformation. 

• Create executive-level presentations, demos, and roadmaps, clearly communicating opportunity sizing, implementation pathways, governance considerations, and measurable ROI outcomes. 

• Leverage technical platforms including FastAPI (modular APIs), GCP/AWS/Azure (deployment & orchestration), and Databricks (large-scale workflows) for end-to-end solutioning. 

• Shape internal accelerators, methodologies, and playbooks to scale Agentic Commerce capabilities across client engagements and industry sectors. 

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Agentic Commerce projects, ensuring robust agent orchestration, secure data and tool integration, governance-controlled deployment, and measurable commercial impact. 

Our Ideal Candidate Profile (we welcome applicants who meet most, but not necessarily all, of the following) 

Foundational Skills 

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, statistics, business administration, or related field. 

• Agentic AI orchestration, including integration of predictive modeling, optimization, and LLM-driven reasoning within production systems. 

• Hands-on proficiency with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph). 

• Experience integrating AI systems with enterprise API gateways 

• Strong expertise in prompt design, structured orchestration, multi-agent frameworks, and standardized tool invocation protocols (including schema-driven function execution and interoperability standards such as MCP). 

• Practical experience with FastAPI, GCP/ Azure/ AWS, and Databricks (AI/BI Genie, LLM-as-a -judge, Mosaic AI Gateway) for scalable deployment, modularization, and large-scale modeling workflows. 

• Hands-on experience with LLM evaluation metrics, agent performance monitoring, and observability standards to ensure reliability and decision quality. 

• Solid experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices-based backend systems, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes-based deployments for production-grade AI systems. 

• Progressive experience in large-scale decision engine deployments, with significant consulting or enterprise experience deploying scalable Agentic AI frameworks, including exposure to digital commerce, merchandising, customer analytics, or revenue growth management. 

• Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting requirements, with an understanding of PIM concepts, product data structures, and content lifecycles; experience using platforms such as Salsify, Akeneo, Syndigo, inRiver, or Informatica P360 is preferred. 

• Clear understanding of governance, risk controls, bias monitoring, drift detection, explainability, and compliance frameworks for enterprise AI deployments. 

 

Soft Skills 

• English proficiency at C1 level or above, with strong written and spoken communication skills. 

• Exceptional communication, executive engagement, and stakeholder management skills. 

• Experience managing consulting projects, including solution architecture, resource planning, delivery governance, and risk management. 

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and experimentation. 

• Demonstrated learning agility and adaptability, with the ability to quickly build expertise in emerging technologies and respond effectively to changing client needs and priorities.
