- Lead the design and implementation of custom software components to meet business needs.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and integration of software solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Oil & Gas Production and Revenue Accounting.
- Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow management within enterprise systems.
- Competence in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software performance.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP for Oil & Gas Production and Revenue Accounting.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
