Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. The workday often includes collaborating with different teams to ensure the applications align with organizational goals, while continuously refining and enhancing the software to improve performance and usability. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with back-end development using Java and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing application performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
