As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various client requirements and designing effective solutions tailored to their needs. The role includes coding and testing multiple components of application software, ensuring that each part functions seamlessly within the overall system. Additionally, the position requires performing maintenance and enhancements to existing applications, addressing any issues that arise, and continuously improving the software to meet evolving client expectations. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is an integral part of the daily routine to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their development tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
- Experience with application servers and web technologies related to enterprise applications.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of enterprise applications.
- Understanding of database integration and transaction management within Java Enterprise Edition environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
