What you will do?
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and filing systems for the F&B department.
- Prepare schedules, rosters, and timesheets in collaboration with department managers.
- Support, onboarding, and training coordination for F&B staff.
Operational Tasks
- Assist with purchase orders, invoices, and expense tracking.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports (e.g. extra time, weekly operational).
- Organize and document departmental meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items.

- Support on the department fleet management
- Support on the department uniforms management
- Support in the creation, formatting, and updating of food and beverage menus, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and appealing design.
- Maintain up-to-date licenses, permits, and training records.
- Support audits and inspections by providing necessary documentation.
What are we looking for?
• Great organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and follow through on task.
• Prior experience in an administrative capacity working with F&B teams; experience in the hospitality or service industry is strongly preferred.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to guests, members and team members.
• Must possess high level of confidentiality and discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel).
