Buscamos Creative Technologist
¿Qué harás?
- Desarrollar prototipos funcionales, experiencias interactivas y demos tecnológicos que materialicen conceptos creativos e innovadores
- Crear experiencias digitales inmersivas utilizando tecnologías emergentes como AR, VR, IA, WebGL, animaciones avanzadas y APIs innovadoras
- Colaborar con equipos creativos, de UX y estrategia para traducir ideas conceptuales en soluciones técnicas viables y escalables
- Diseñar y desarrollar microsites, landing pages interactivas, e-commerce experiences y aplicaciones web progresivas (PWA)
- Investigar, evaluar e implementar nuevas tecnologías, frameworks y herramientas que puedan mejorar experiencias digitales
- Optimizar performance de experiencias digitales asegurando tiempos de carga rápidos, responsividad y accesibilidad
- Documentar procesos técnicos, crear especificaciones y guías de implementación para equipos de desarrollo
- Participar en hackathons internos, pruebas de concepto y proyectos de innovación explorando posibilidades tecnológicas
- Presentar prototipos y demos técnicos a stakeholders explicando posibilidades, limitaciones y roadmaps de implementación
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre tendencias en tecnología web, e-commerce, experiencias digitales y herramientas de desarrollo emergentes
- Trabajar con equipos globales coordinando en diferentes zonas horarias y culturas organizacionales
Skills Requeridos
- Experiencia +5 años
- Licenciatura en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Desarrollo de Software, Diseño Digital, Nuevos Medios, Computación o carreras afines
- Conocimientos específicos: Git/GitHub para control de versiones. Figma para traducir diseños a código. VS Code u otros IDEs de desarrollo. Plataformas de despliegue: Vercel, Netlify, AWS. Chrome DevTools y herramientas de debugging. Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects). Blender o herramientas 3D.
