During this six-month internship, you will work in one of the following areas based on your interests, strengths, and business requirements: LinkedIn Marketing, Meta Marketing, YouTube Marketing, Long-form Writing, or Technical Writing. You will work closely with the SEO and content teams to research, create, refine, and evaluate content for real business use cases.

We are looking for people who are eager to learn, take ownership, and understand the strategy behind the content they create.

Key Responsibilities

Content Research & Strategy

• Research topics, audiences, competitors, trends, and market developments to identify content opportunities.
• Develop content ideas, hooks, outlines, scripts, posts, articles, and other formats aligned with marketing goals.
• Build an understanding of brand voice, positioning, audience behavior, content strategy, and digital distribution.
• Support content calendars, campaigns, and content-led marketing initiatives.

Content Creation & Distribution

• Create and refine content for LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, blogs, articles, technical resources, and other digital channels.
• Develop platform-specific content while maintaining consistent brand voice and messaging.
• Repurpose content across formats and channels to maximize reach and engagement.
• Support content requirements for marketing, product, sales, and brand initiatives.

Content Performance & Optimization

• Monitor content performance across reach, engagement, traffic, and audience response.
• Analyze results and use insights to improve topics, formats, messaging, and distribution.
• Experiment with different content approaches and stay updated on platform and audience trends.

Collaboration & AI

• Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Sales, SEO, and other teams to execute content initiatives.
• Use AI and content tools for research, ideation, creation, editing, and workflow improvement.
• Maintain content calendars, trackers, and other marketing resources while ensuring quality, accuracy, originality, and brand consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Media, or a related field.
• Strong written and spoken English with good research and communication skills.
• Genuine interest in content, digital marketing, social media, and emerging trends.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and respond positively to feedback.
• Ability to research unfamiliar topics, understand the “why” behind tasks, and learn through experimentation.
• Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, or YouTube Studio is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating blogs, articles, newsletters, technical documentation, scripts, or social media content.
• Experience managing a personal LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, newsletter, blog, or other content project.
• Basic understanding of SEO, social media analytics, or performance marketing.
• Portfolio of published work, college projects, freelance work, or personal projects.
