Summary

What You'll Do:

• Financial Analysis: Analyze assigned subsidiaries’ financial data, identify unusual trends, and investigate material variances with root cause analysis and report to supervisor for accurate consolidated financials
• Intercompany Reconciliations: Execute, resolve & record intercompany eliminations & profit eliminations with moderate supervision accurately, and maintain detailed transaction logs for audit trail purposes
• Consolidation Reporting: Update/prepare consolidation reports timely and accurately.   Create ad hoc reports to the management when requested
• Collaboration: Partner with subsidiaries, controllers and finance teams to resolve consolidation issues and improve data quality. Mentorship: Provide guidance and review work of entry-level consolidation accountants
• Qtly, Year-end Reporting & Analysis: Perform moderate complicated consolidated reporting including Subsidiaries’ audit financials review, gather footnote information and additional questionnaire to parent company with accuracy and timeliness
• Other duties may be assigned

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of consolidation or financial reporting experience
• CPA or actively pursuing CPA preferred
