The Commis de Salle assists the F&B Service Team in providing an enjoyable, expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. The Commis de Salle clears tables and resets them neatly, rapidly and completely according to specifications.
What you will do
Transport dishes, trays and glassware from the kitchen/sommellery to the dining room and the various service stations. This is done during all periods of service, including the cleaning and clearing of the same stations.
Carry trays correctly, clear and straighten tables.
Know the menu and Chef's suggestions
Clearing and storing linen, china, silverware, glassware, drinks and food in the appropriate areas with care. ducts and their preparation.

What we are looking for
You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French and English.

As a reward for loyalty, employees receive a bonus at the end of their second consecutive season (Winter-Winter, Summer-Winter, or Summer-Summer)

The room provided is either shared or single (for executive and night positions). For those wishing to find their own accommodation, a monthly housing allowance will be provided.
