Baker Hughes is seeking a Commercial Proposal Analyst to join our Oilfield Services & Equipment (OFSE) team in Azerbaijan, supporting the Caspian region and reporting directly to the ENSCA Proposal Analyst Manager.

As a Proposals Analyst, you will be responsible for:

•       Coordinating the preparation, review, negotiation, and submission of commercial proposals for public and private sector opportunities

•       Leading and supporting customer Terms & Conditions reviews and negotiations throughout both tender and post-award phases

•       Maintaining and managing customer portals across the Region, ensuring compliance with customer-specific requirements, submission protocols, and key deadlines

•       Ensuring compliance with and uphold the integrity of all commercial processes, policies, procedures, and governance requirements

•       Handling standardized products with pre-defined options requiring simple client advice.

To be successful in this role you will:

•       Have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with demonstrable experience in Sales)

•       Be able to work unaccompanied and demonstrate leadership skills

•       Have minimum of 4 year's of experience in either a Sales or Commercial role

•       Minimum of 3 year's of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry

•       Be able to speak Azerbaijani fluently and demonstrate advanced English
