POSITION: Cloud DevOps Engineer
REQUISITION: AWSMSA-01.080124
LOCATION: Ft. Meade, Maryland
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• As a Cloud DevOps Engineer, you will work with U.S. Intelligence Community agencies to implement innovative cloud computing solutions and solve technical problems using the latest cloud computing technologies.
• Collaborate with Intelligence Community customers to design, build, and deploy cloud solutions
• Provide technical expertise and leadership to launch projects on a trajectory to success
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Stay up to date with the latest cloud computing technologies and best practices
• Participate in deep-dive education and design exercises to create innovative solutions built on AWS
• Develop your technical skills and further your career within a world-class technology company
• Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a focus on customer success
TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES
• Python scripting
• AWS, C2S, or other cloud experience
• GitLab Pipeline
• Ansible Pipeline
• Elasticsearch
• Cloud hosting and automation
• Docker and Kubernetes
QUALIFICATIONS:
CERTIFICATION: any AWS certification(s)
Note: An active certification is NOT required to be considered, however, it is expected to be obtained and maintained after 6 months of working on contract.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• 2 years minimum within AWS cloud environments
• 3 years minimum of Development and/or DevOps experience
