At Stryker, we partner with healthcare organisations to improve communication, workflows and patient care through innovative technology solutions. As a Clinical Associate, you'll be at the forefront of customer education and adoption, helping clinicians and healthcare teams confidently integrate new communication solutions into their daily practice and drive meaningful outcomes from day one.

We are looking for someone to join our team on a 6 month fixed term contract.

What You Will Do

• Deliver education and training programs for end users, super users and clinical leaders on communication solutions and clinical workflows.
• Support customer implementations, including onsite and virtual go-live activities, to ensure successful product adoption.
• Provide hands-on clinical support during early adoption phases, reinforcing workflow best practices and user confidence.
• Partner with healthcare customers to identify training needs and deliver refresher education that improves utilisation and engagement.
• Observe clinical workflows and document adoption trends, training outcomes and customer feedback for follow-up actions.
• Escalate workflow gaps, user challenges and adoption risks to the appropriate internal stakeholders for resolution.
• Coordinate training logistics, schedules and customer-facing activities to support successful implementations.
• Promote safe, effective use of communication technologies through ongoing coaching, education and user enablement.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Allied Health, Healthcare, Health Sciences or a related healthcare discipline.
• Minimum 0 years of clinical, healthcare education, healthcare training or customer-facing clinical support experience.
• Current Australian healthcare qualification or professional credential relevant to your clinical discipline.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within Australia to support customer training, implementations and go-live activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Current Australian healthcare registration, licence or professional certification (e.g. AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Paramedic).
• Minimum 1 year of experience delivering training or education within a clinical environment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting healthcare technology implementations, product adoption or go-live activities.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing healthcare or clinical support role.

Additional Information

• Field-based role supporting healthcare customers across Australia.
• Travel of up to 50% is required and may include overnight stays, evenings and occasional weekends.
• Valid driver's licence required.
• This role involves onsite customer engagement in hospitals and healthcare facilities.
• Relocation support is not available for this position.
