Position: Client Retention & Sales Development Specialist (Australian Mortgage)

Salary: PHP 60,000 - 80,000 per month

Working Hours & Conditions: Aligned with Australian hours; full-time (remote)

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a dynamic Client Retention & Sales Development Specialist to drive portfolio growth and lead conversion. In this high-visibility role, you will serve as the primary engine for converting warm inbound digital marketing leads while actively engaging the firm's existing client database to perform annual loan reviews and rate optimizations. Working closely with senior Mortgage Brokers, you will directly influence pipeline success by turning interactions into qualified appointments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inbound Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting:
• Rapid Lead Response: Action up to 20+ inbound digital marketing leads daily with urgency, making high-volume outbound calls to qualify potential borrowers.
• Pipeline Management: Consistently convert warm leads into booked strategy meetings for Mortgage Brokers, adhering to strict SLAs and conversion rate targets.
• Objection Handling: Confidently address prospect questions, present the value of working with the brokerage, and guide prospects toward taking the next step.
• Client Retention & Portfolio Growth:
• Annual Loan Reviews: Proactively contact existing clients to complete annual mortgage health checks and identify evolving lending needs.
• Re-Pricing & Rate Optimization: Review active loans against market rates to request re-pricing from lenders, ensuring clients always hold the best possible rates and remain loyal.
• Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify equity release, debt consolidation, asset finance, or refinancing opportunities within the existing database and route them to brokers.
• Operational Excellence:
• CRM Integrity: Meticulously update CRM records, log call outcomes, and schedule follow-ups to keep the pipeline organized and transparent.
• Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed monthly targets for outbound call activity, client reviews completed, and broker appointments booked.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: 1–3+ years in sales development (SDR/BDR), outbound appointment setting, customer retention, or client services.
• Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of basic mortgage and lending concepts (e.g., interest rates, refinancing, principal & interest vs. interest-only loans).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with a warm, persuasive tone and professional phone demeanor.
• Target-Driven Mindset: Comfortable making frequent outbound calls, pursuing conversion targets, and thriving in an outcome-based performance culture.
• Tech-Savvy: Strong familiarity with CRM tools, database management, and Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 suite.
