ClickUp Traffic Manager

We're looking for a Traffic Manager to become the nerve center of Marketing Services' ClickUp queue — catching blocked tasks before they turn into missed deadlines, chasing down the information that's holding work up, and giving leadership a real-time view of where every campaign actually stands.

You'll also be stepping into a role built from the ground up: the dashboards, SLAs, and cross-team relationships you establish in your first year will become the default way Moxie tracks marketing work as we scale.

As Moxie grows past 1,000+ medspa providers without proportional headcount growth, campaign work is increasingly getting stuck in ClickUp for lack of a dedicated owner watching the queue. Right now, unblocking a task means someone — often a campaign builder or account lead — stops what they're doing to chase down status. This role exists to take that job off their plate entirely, so they can focus on execution instead of status-chasing.

Our objectives for the role

• Fully ramp on Marketing Services' ClickUp structure (spaces, lists, custom fields, automations) and start actively triaging the daily task queue within your first few weeks

• Build a ClickUp dashboard that gives PSMs a clear, at-a-glance view of task status, blockers, and overdue work for their practices

• Own daily traffic management as a standing responsibility, resolving blocked or stuck tasks within an agreed SLA, and show measurable improvement in task turnaround time or the volume of aged tasks

• Establish a reliable, repeatable process for chasing missing information from onboarding managers, marketing services team members, and PSMs

• Mature ClickUp dashboards and traffic processes into the team's default source of truth for "where is this task" — reducing ad hoc Slack status-checks — and surface systemic bottlenecks (not just individual stuck tasks) to the right owner with data

We're looking for:

• Someone who's been the "glue" person on a team before — traffic, project coordination, ops — and wants that work recognized and owned outright, not treated as a side responsibility

• Comfort getting fluent in ClickUp, HubSpot, and the CSP quickly enough to pull the context needed to unblock a task without looping in someone else first

• A track record of building dashboards or reporting views that people actually use, and iterating on them based on what the team needs next

• Someone energized by order and visibility rather than by doing the creative or strategic work themselves

• Judgment to distinguish an individual stuck task from a systemic bottleneck — and the initiative to bring the latter to the right owner with data, not just a complaint
