Job Duties:

岗位职责:

• 100%遵守工厂安全规定。
• 订单管理：根据现场需求，及时在系统完成采购需求的申请，追踪生成订单的进度，督促供应商按时提交电子发票并邮寄纸质发票，在系统中按照要求审核电子发票的正确与否，保持和供应商的及时沟通。
• 根据生产预算，定期追踪预算完成情况并向生产经理及时预警。
• 收货确认：核实部门其他人员下发的采购订单的实际收货情况，并与下单人员共同确认收货完成。
• 考勤与排班管理：支持部门一线团队和员工的每日、每周和每月的排班安排和考勤管理。
• 生产文档支持：与生产经理和生产组长紧密合作，完成所有必要的文书与报告，包括但不限于： Kaizen 改善报告，月度质量或安全认可报告，应知应会等。
• KPI 指标追踪与行动计划跟进：跟踪与生产相关的关键指标，包括安全、质量、速度及成本等，支持生产看板的数据收集、整合与初步分析，跟进从 KPI 或改善活动中产生的行动计划，确保按时完成。
• 追踪生产部门产生的改进行动，确保落地完成。
• 每日准备流程改进对话的相关材料。
• 根据业务需求，使用Power BI、Power APPs等软件提升办公自动化。
• 生产经理安排的其他工作等。

Background/Experience:

任职资格:

•  本科及以上学历优先。
•  具有生产或制造行业相关经验者优先。
• 熟练使用 Microsoft Office 365（Excel、Word、Power Point），熟悉 Power BI、Power Apps 者更佳。
• 具备良好的组织能力与沟通能力，拥有良好的团队合作意识。
• 具备基本的英文读写能力。
