JOB SUMMARY 

The Chief of Staff will serve as the right-hand person to the Chief Customer Officer (CCO). This highly visible role will be partnering closely with global senior leaders across the organization to drive decisions, operational efficiencies and cross-collaboration efforts, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our vision and strategy. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional project management skills, capable of driving initiatives forward with precision and efficiency. You will serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, facilitating communication, fostering collaboration, and spearheading critical projects to advance the company's objectives. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor and operational partner to the CCO, facilitating decision-making and execution of customer and post-sales strategies; represent the CCO in cross-functional forums as needed. 

• Strategic Planning: Manage the business planning process in collaboration with the customer leadership team to support and inform decisions related to annual planning  

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional initiatives for the customer organization in partnership with business leads and project managers to resolve transformation initiatives. 

• Customer Operations Scaling: Partners with other members of customer leadership team to set and lead priorities, proactively suggest, define, launch, and drive operational initiatives.  

• Reporting & Insights: Strategize and assess with CCO on the customer performance metrics and results. Work with leaders to align on the business metrics that matter. Develop performance dashboards, coordinate reporting of metrics and analytics, review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to drive higher impact.  

• Strategy, Design, and Running of Meeting Cadences: Drive Customer leadership team weekly meetings, All Hands, QBRs; lead staff meetings, and strategy sessions, work across teams to drive preparation for and lead quarterly operating review meetings.  

• Budget Planning and Management: Partner with finance and Customer leadership on operating budget planning across the organization.   

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field.  

• 10+ years of customer operations business experience or in a post-sales role  

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management  

• Demonstrated senior-level leadership experience in customer and business operations in a leadership or chief of staff capacity within a SaaS or Technology company  

• Sound judgment, critical thinking ability, and ability to adhere to the utmost confidentiality and exercise discretion with confidential and sensitive issues.  

• Proven experience in managing complex projects with cross-functional teams  

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and implement effective operation strategies  

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with experience presenting to senior executives  

• Proven track record of leading teams and driving organizational change

Pay Range US - $212,800 - $319,200 USD

The salary range shown reflects the company's good faith full target range for this position at the time of posting. The company may update or modify this range at any time and endeavors to keep this posting current. Compensation decisions are based on factors including geographic location, experience, skills, education, and business needs. While the full range is posted for transparency, offers are typically made within the lower to middle portion of the range.
