Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Executive Driver (f/m) to join our Group Security Department based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a dedicated team ensuring close protection and secure mobility for top executives. Within Internal Security, your main challenge will be to deliver safe and confidential transportation for Executive Committee members, Board members, and Group VIPs, while anticipating security risks and managing potential emergency situations

Your challenges:

• Secure physical transfers of VIP passengers (boarding, landing, transition areas) by delivering daily threat assessments and executing emergency evacuation protocols.

• Plan and validate advance travel logistics by producing site reconnaissance files (identifying fallback locations, medical centers, secure zones) and alternate routing options.

• Operate executive vehicles using defensive and tactical driving techniques to ensure smooth, secure travel while actively managing real-time traffic disruptions.

• Control vehicle fleet readiness by conducting daily technical and security inspections, logging maintenance records, and verifying onboard emergency communications equipment.

• Coordinate transit operations directly with Airbus Internal Security and local law enforcement authorities during official VIP travel.

Your boarding pass:

• Minimum Experience: At least 3 years of experience as an executive driver, VIP chauffeur, or close protection specialist.

• Licenses & Certifications: Valid Category B driver's license (full points), certified training in defensive/tactical driving, and active first aid certification (PSC1 or equivalent).

• Languages & Tech: Professional English fluency (daily international context) and proficiency in secure communications and geolocation tools.

• Asset: Valid Close Protection Agent card (A3P / CNAPS).

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
