Overview:

Sentara Medical Group Family Internal Medicine Careplex West 300 Clinic is now hiring a Full-Time Certified Medical Assistant in the Hampton, VA area!

**ALL QUALIFIED CANDIDATES CAN RECEIVE up to a $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!**

Hours: Monday-Friday 730a-4p/830a-5p, Dayshift. NO NIGHTS, HOLIDAYS or WEEKENDS!

As a Medical Assistant with Sentara, you will work directly with a doctor conducting phlebotomy (lab), clinical and clerical duties. This position's primary responsibilities include bringing the patients into rooms, taking vitals, verifying patient information, and preparing them for the doctor. You will find that teamwork is exceptional, with everyone working together to ensure the best care for our patients.

Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Assistant, Registered Medical Assistant, Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, or certified EMT (EMT-B, AEMT, or Paramedic) required.
• High School or equivalent

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $21.69 - $32.14 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
