As a Commercial Enablement & Learning Specialist, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to empowering our commercial operations through innovative learning programs and process optimization. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive digital adoption, improve daily productivity, and directly impact our team's operational excellence and customer journey success.

The Opportunity:

• You co-facilitate onboarding sessions and continuous training workshops to shorten the ramp-up time and time-to-productivity for new commercial team members.
• You support the creation, curation, and maintenance of modern training materials, interactive e-learning modules, and commercial playbooks aligned with business priorities.
• You track learning program implementation, gather participant feedback, and evaluate key enablement metrics tied to commercial performance.
• You administer internal Learning Management Systems and interactive workshop tools to maximize resource utilization and digital engagement.
• You collaborate with Commercial Leads and Squads to identify operational skill gaps and translate business needs into practical training agendas.
• You facilitate customer journey mapping sessions with commercial teams to identify operational bottlenecks, customer pain points, and commercial opportunities.
• You drive the internal adoption of digital journey-mapping tools, automated workflows, and online customer interaction channels to streamline processes.
• You identify repetitive manual tasks and champion accessible AI and digital tools to improve daily productivity, data literacy, and team capabilities.

Who you are:

• You hold a University degree in Business, Health Sciences, Psychology, Pedagogy, or related fields.
• You bring a least 2 years of hands-on experience in training, content creation, commercial operations support, corporate learning, or consulting projects.
• You possess a foundational understanding of Instructional Design models (e.g., ADDIE, Agile Learning) and adult learning principles (andragogy).
• You demonstrate strong communication, stakeholder management, and active listening skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• You are adaptable, capable of working collaboratively in dynamic environments, and communicate effectively with an Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate English level.

Preferred:

• You have experience working in Pharma or Consumer Goods.
• You bring practical knowledge or a strong interest in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Canvas, LMS platforms) and interactive workshop platforms (e.g., Miro, Mentimeter, Lucid).
• You have basic knowledge of Agile methodologies, CX tools, and digital workflow platforms (e.g., Monday.com).
• You are proactive, analytical, and comfortable leveraging digital tools and AI to simplify internal processes.
