The role:

Join Crown Resorts as a Campaign & Media Manager on a 12-month maximum-term contract and play a key role in bringing integrated marketing campaigns to life across Melbourne, Sydney and Perth. Based in Melbourne, you’ll partner with Property Marketing, Creative Services and Media teams to ensure campaigns are strategically briefed, seamlessly executed and effectively delivered to market.

This role is ideal for a media-savvy marketer with strong campaign management skills, who thrives on coordination, governance and delivering results. You’ll oversee end-to-end paid and integrated campaign execution, while owning campaign timelines, briefing processes, approvals, reporting and post‑campaign reviews.

This role is a key element within our overall Brand & Media team that unifies Group Marketing as a centre‑of‑excellence. You’ll help to enable effective property‑led marketing activity, as well as providing consistent, high-quality marketing support right across a diverse and exciting brand.

You’ll be:

• Acting as the central campaign lead, coordinating between Property teams, Creative Services and Media to ensure clarity, alignment and on‑time delivery
• Establishing and maintaining campaign timelines, approval workflows, feedback loops and governance processes throughout campaign development
• Translating property marketing objectives into clear, consolidated creative and media briefs per campaign
• Managing media planning and buying across Group and Property campaigns, ensuring channel selection supports campaign objectives and audience needs
• Acting as the day‑to‑day lead for the media agency, managing campaign briefs, responses, optimisation recommendations and delivery standards
• Monitoring campaign performance throughout delivery, working with agency and internal teams to optimise outcomes where required.
• Building strong working relationships across Property Marketing teams, Brand, Creative Services, Media, Finance and Legal

You’ll bring:

• Demonstrated experience managing integrated marketing campaigns end‑to‑end
• Strong understanding of media strategy, planning and execution across TV, radio, OOH & digital channels
• Experience working with media agencies and creative teams, including briefing, feedback and delivery management
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and confidence operating in a matrixed organisation
• Financial acumen with experience managing campaign or media budgets
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Advertising or a related field
