The Opportunity

We are seeking a Data Analytics and Reporting Analyst to support Digital Acquisition Analytics through the development of reporting solutions, performance analysis, and actionable business insights. You will be an expert in Adobe Analytics and how to connect with offline sources to translate digital experience to ultimate outcomes. By building the foundation and creating dashboards and insights that will empower our Product Managers and Owners to manage digital product more effectively.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and reporting skills, experience working with digital analytics platforms, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights for business partners. This individual will collaborate closely with Digital Acquisition teams, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand reporting needs, develop performance metrics, and drive data-informed decision making.

This role is remote eligible in the continental U.S. with occasional business travel. However, individuals residing within a 60-mile radius of a USAA office will be expected to work on-site four days per week.

What you'll do:                    

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Adobe Analytics dashboards and front-end reporting solutions.

• Ensure reporting accuracy, data integrity, and alignment with business requirements.

• Query, transform, and analyze data from enterprise data sources, including Snowflake.

• Conduct in-depth analysis to identify performance trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.

• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations that support business strategy and performance goals.

• Present findings and strategic recommendations to business stakeholders and leadership.

• Applies analytical rigor to define outcome measures, improve prioritization, increase agility in decisioning, improve ability to evaluate progress towards business outcomes, and to evaluate risks to strategic goals.

• Train and support stakeholders on report interpretation and data-driven decision-making.

• Partner with Digital Acquisition teams to understand evolving reporting needs and business objectives.

• Develop a deep understanding of customer journeys, digital experiences, and performance touchpoints to improve overall customer outcomes.

What you have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, Finance, Economics or related field; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
• Minimum 6 years’ data and/or analytics or strategy consulting experience OR a minimum of 4 years’ data and/or analytics or strategy consulting experience and up to 2 years’ progressive functional business relevant experience for a total of 6 years combined experience OR Advanced Degree in Business, Science, Finance, Economics or related discipline and 4 years’ experience in data and/or analytics or strategy consulting.
• Experience identifying business needs and managing strategic plans driven by qualitative/quantitative analysis and market insights.
• Demonstrated experience using data analytics to formulate data-driven insights and influence business decisions.
• Experience performing complex data analysis using various data analytics tools (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Tableau, R, Python, SQL, Snowflake, SAS, Adobe Analytics).
• Demonstrated experience in project management.

• Experience defining and implementing performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.

• Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including business partners, product owners, and technology teams.

• Experience training or coaching business users on reporting tools and data interpretation.

• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $103,450.00 - $197,730.00.

Compensation: USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for this role may vary by location.
