Your Mission
As Business Sector Lead IBM, you will lead one of Arrow ECS Germany’s most strategic franchises. You will be responsible for shaping the future of our IBM business, driving growth, and inspiring a team of approximately 15 talented professionals across Account Management, Business Development, and Product Management.

What You Will Do
Lead and Inspire - Manage and develop a high-performing team of around 15 professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Drive success for our IBM franchise across Automation, Power Systems, Security, AI and Hybrid Cloud, ensuring strong relationships and strategic alignment.
Own the Numbers - Full P&L accountability for the IBM Business Sector, including revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Drive Sales Excellence - Instill a strong sales culture, ensuring targets are met and exceeded through innovative go-to-market strategies.
Shape the Future - Lead transformation initiatives, embrace new business models, and challenge the status quo to stay ahead in a dynamic market.
Engage the Ecosystem - Build and strengthen relationships across vendors, partners, and the distribution network to maximize opportunities.

What We Are Looking For
Relevant experience managing IBM (or similar) ecosystems within vendor, distributor or partner.
Proven Leadership - Experience managing teams and driving performance in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Sales DNA - A strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering growth.
Winning Mentality - Resilient, results-driven, and motivated by success.
Change Agent - Comfortable challenging legacy processes and leading transformation.
Excellent Communicator - Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, able to influence at all levels.
Industry Expertise - Deep understanding of the security market and experience within vendor, partner, or distribution networks.
Financial Acumen - Solid experience with P&L management and business planning.
